I love working with Kelly. She is caring! In the summer my car literally died

I love working with Kelly. She is caring! In the summer my car literally died in the middle of the road! I was scared, and didn’t know what I was going to do. I called and Kelly walked me through how to do a “Roadside Assistance”. Afterwards she stayed on the phone with me talking about nothing really but just her being on the phone and listening to me was beyond what her job description is!! She is amazing!
