I love that when I call I feel like whomever I speak to knows me personally even though they don’t. It’s always a very easy comfortable conversation. When I wanted to add my boyfriend the rep I spoke with make sure to tactfully ask if it was a good idea since he would have equal control. That can be an uncomfortable question to ask.
