Reasonable price and excellent service when I hit a deer a couple years ago.

When we call, someone answers our questions or if we email, we get a prompt response. Also, the Russell Group is always looking to do more for their customers or to do something better.

I do not understand much about insurance and every time I ask a question, I receive an answer asap. But more importantly Jim takes the time to help me understand what I am signing and what I need.

When ever I have had any questions with either rental or auto insurance I have been able to get easy answers from the main office.
